🏁 CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT RECAP 🏁 Mother Nature had other plans for Championship Night… But before the rain took over, both boys unloaded FAST and ready to race! 🔥 Luka was the fastest car in BOTH practices and qualifying in the Bandolero Outlaws. Knowing this was supposed to be the final Bandolero race of his career, he came ready. He had a fast car, he was locked in, and he was ready to chase down one last checkered. And Elias was putting on a show of his own in the Bandolero Bandits! After running P5 in both practices, he turned it WAY up in qualifying and put it P2! He looked hungry out there! 🔥 And while he didn’t get the chance to battle it out one last time, his incredible season officially earned him 3RD PLACE OVERALL in the Bandolero Bandits division! 🏆 We are SO proud of what this kid accomplished this season! Unfortunately, after hours of fighting the weather, neither the Bandolero Outlaws nor Bandolero Bandits were able to get their championship races in. A huge thank-you to the Seekonk Speedway crew for doing everything they could to make it happen. The night still gave us a pretty special memory when announcers Kevin and Brady invited Luka up to the tower for an interview. 🎙️ He absolutely loved the experience, and it definitely brightened his night!! To everyone who braved the rain, stayed late, and waited with us hoping to see Luka and Elias race — THANK YOU. Having you there means more to our family than you know. And to our amazing DDM crew — thank you for being behind these boys all season long. 💚 It wasn’t the Championship Night ending we pictured. Luka didn’t get that final Bandolero battle, and Elias didn’t get the chance to cap off his incredible season on the track. Welp… not gonna lie, this one hurts! Luka’s 2026 Nationals Championship run was cut short today after making impact with the wall in the feature. Not the ending we came for, especially after the improvements he made from day one. We were excited to see what he could do in today’s feature! We’ll wait to see how the final National Championship point standings shake out, but no matter where they land, we’re incredibly proud of Luka and the season he put together. Huge thank you to Jon for getting our driver down to Georgia and being there with him and to AK Performance for getting a car ready for Luka. We truly appreciate the opportunity! Racing will give you some of the highest highs and some pretty tough lows. You take the lessons, dust yourself off, and come back hungry. And we’re not quite done with 2026 yet. 🏁 We’ll be back at Seekonk next Friday, where Luka will officially claim his 2026 Seekonk Outlaw Championship title! 🏆 Luka and Elias will both hit the track one final time in 2026 — and we can’t think of a better way to close out the season. 1 more race night. 🏁 Race Recap: Luka battled through! New track, new car, tough competition! The day started rough for our #13 driver, missing the A-Main out of 30 Outlaws which sent him to the B-Main. Luka fought his way to the final transfer spot, punching his ticket into the A-Main and starting 28th, scratch on the field. The Feature was packed with wrecks and cautions, but Luka stayed sharp, avoided the chaos, and drove his way to a 15th-place finish, gaining 13 positions!🔥 A lot learned. A lot gained. Now it’s time to put it all to work tomorrow for the Nationals Championship Race! 🏁 LET’S GO #13!
