Good news: Elias came home P2! πŸ”₯ Not so great news: Luka collected a P8 finish after a night that definitely didn’t reflect how fast the #13 was. It was an eventful one last night. Elias started P2, fell back early, got caught up in an early incident when an inside car pushed into the side of him sending him to the rear after they both spun, and then drove his way all the way back to P2! πŸ”₯ Luka worked his way up starting from P6 and was battling for the lead. He was right on the leader’s bumper when her car got loose coming out of turn two. As she came back toward her racing line, Luka was already there and contact was made. From everything we saw—and after watching the video back—it appeared she was already loose before the contact happened. Because Luka’s front bumper ultimately made contact, he was called for it and sent to the rear. Do we agree with the call? Nope. Was it a tough break? Absolutely. But that’s racing, and we move on! 🫢🏻 And the streak we didn’t even realize yet, continues… not a single week at the Speedbowl this season without at least one Dib on the podium!
